what does it mean when some one calls your dog a poster dog?
today, some one wrote to me and said, no affince to your dog, but he is a poster Johnson dog.” What does that mean?? she wanted to use my dog as a stud for her dog and was all in love with my dog and now she says that and I dont know how to take it, bad or good? oh, I have AMERICAN BULLDOGS.
It's kinda like saying your the poster child for American's terrible grammar. It means that your is a great example of a Johnson dog.

It's a good thing it means ur pup has a familiar face like it has a very photogenic “poster dog” face. It's like someone saying hey you look like a model!
